Can’t wait to try this out! Unfortunately, I could only find a 1.5 pound rack of lamb. Would you recommend cutting the cooking time in half or sticking with 10 mins?

In reply to Asra. Asra, that's so great to hear! I'm glad you and your kiddos like this so much! You don't need to marinate it at all, you can just smother it in sauce and cook and it'll still taste great :)

We LOVE this recipe in our house…my kids ask for it all the time! What is the fewest number of hours you would recommend marinating the meat? I don’t always get to plan far enough ahead to marinate overnight. 🙂
